Hoards

A hoard is a named collection of items. Think of it like an album or a folder — a way to group related items together.

Creating a Hoard

  1. Click My Hoards in the navigation.
  2. Click New Hoard.
  3. Give your hoard a name and an optional description.
  4. Choose a visibility level:
    • Public — anyone can view it
    • Private — only you can see it
  5. Click Create.

Managing a Hoard

A hoard page has five tabs:

TabWhat's there
ItemsAll owned items in the hoard — browse, filter, and add new ones
WishlistItems marked as wanted or ordered
GalleryA fullscreen photo gallery view of all item images
PostsUpdates and notes posted to the hoard
StatsStatistics and value breakdown for the hoard

Adding Items

From the Items or Wishlist tab, click the Add Item button (visible if you have permission) to create a new item in the hoard.

Hoard Settings

If you own the hoard (or have the relevant permissions), a settings button appears on the hoard page. Hoard settings are organised into sections:

  • General — rename the hoard and update the description
  • Appearance — change the cover image and banner
  • Privacy — control who can view the hoard
  • Custom Fields — define extra data fields for items in this hoard
  • Tags — manage the tag list for the hoard
  • Permissions — grant other users access to manage or contribute
  • Recycle Bin — restore or permanently delete recently removed items
  • Export — download the hoard as a data export
  • Webhooks — configure webhook notifications
  • Delete — permanently delete the hoard (items are also deleted)

Hoard Visibility

VisibilityWho can see it
PublicEveryone, including logged-out users
Friends OnlyOnly users who are your friends
PrivateOnly you (plus anyone you've explicitly granted access via Permissions)

WARNING

Changing a hoard from Public to Private will immediately hide it from other users.

See Permissions to learn how to grant specific users access to a private hoard.

Sharing a Hoard

Public hoards have a shareable URL you can copy from the hoard page. You can also share individual items within a hoard.
