Appearance
Uploading Items
Items are created one at a time using a form with collapsible sections. There is no bulk upload.
Creating an Item
- Open a hoard and go to the Items (or Wishlist) tab.
- Click the Add Item button.
- Fill in the sections of the form (see below).
- Click Create Item.
Images are uploaded automatically when you submit the form. A progress bar shows upload status when images are being processed.
Form Sections
The create/edit form is split into accordion sections:
Basics
- Item Name — required
- Description — optional; describe the item, its condition, features, etc.
- Tags — optional; categorise the item. Supports hierarchy using colons (e.g.
genre:fantasy) - Price — optional; the price you paid for this item (uses the hoard's currency)
Images
Upload one or more photos of the item. The first image is used as the thumbnail in grid views.
- Supported formats: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP
- File size: 1 MB per image on free accounts, up to 20 MB with Premium
- Images are automatically optimised after upload
Privacy
Choose who can see the item:

Status
Set the item's acquisition status:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Owned | You have this item — appears in the Items tab |
| Wishlist | You want this item — appears in the Wishlist tab |
| Ordered | You've ordered it but not received it — appears in the Wishlist tab |
When Wishlist is selected, additional fields become available:
- Priority — star rating for how much you want it
- Target price — the price you're hoping to pay
- Notes — any notes about acquiring it
Appearance
Optionally choose a decorative frame for the item card. If left unset, the hoard's default frame is used.
Custom Fields
If the hoard has custom fields defined (e.g. Condition, Rarity, Grade), they appear here. The fields available depend entirely on what the hoard owner has configured.
