Search

Hoardly's search lets you find items, hoards, and users quickly.

Basic Search

Type anything into the search bar at the top of the page and press Enter. Results are grouped by type: Items, Hoards, and Users.

Filtering Results

Use the filter panel on the search results page to narrow down results:

Filter	Description
Type	Items, Hoards, or Users
Tags	Match one or more tags
Visibility	Public only (default) or include your private items
Date	Filter by upload date range

Tag Search Syntax

You can use tag prefixes directly in the search bar:

tag:hoard           # items tagged "hoard"
tag:hoard tag:red   # items tagged both "hoard" and "red"

Searching Within a Hoard

Open a hoard and use the search/filter bar at the top of the item grid to search within that hoard only.

Tips

• Search is full-text — it matches titles, descriptions, and tags.
• Results from communities you belong to are ranked higher.
• Your own private items appear in your search results when you're logged in.
