Items

An item is a single collectible in your hoard. Each item has images, metadata, tags, custom fields, and an acquisition status.

What Makes Up an Item?

Field	Description
Name	A short title for the item (required)
Images	One or more photos of the item
Description	Optional longer notes
Price	Optional value, displayed in the hoard's currency
Tags	Keywords for filtering and search
Custom fields	Extra data defined by the hoard (e.g. condition, rarity, grade)
Acquisition status	Whether the item is Owned, on your Wishlist, or Ordered
Privacy	Public, Friends, or Private

Viewing an Item

Click any item card in a hoard to open its detail page. The item page shows:

• Image gallery — browse all photos uploaded for the item
• Title, owner, price, and privacy badge
• Engagement bar — like, comment, and share buttons
• Description
• Tags
• Item Details — all custom fields defined for the hoard
• Information — created and last updated dates

Creating an Item

1. Open a hoard and go to the Items (or Wishlist) tab.
2. Click the Add Item button.
3. Fill in the name, description, images, tags, price, and any custom fields.
4. Set the acquisition status — Owned, Wishlist, or Ordered.
5. Choose a privacy level.
6. Submit to create the item.

Editing an Item

From the item's detail page, click the Edit button (pencil icon) — visible if you have edit permission on the hoard. This opens the full edit form where you can update any field including images.

Deleting an Item

From the item's detail page, click Delete (bin icon) — visible if you have delete permission. You'll be asked to confirm. Deleted items go to the hoard's Recycle Bin and can be restored from Hoard Settings before they are permanently removed.

Acquisition Status

Items have three statuses that determine which tab they appear under in the hoard:
